SHIPPING
We ship within USA using either USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL/Airborne.
We ship worldwide. The shipping and handling fees specified on this website apply only to the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Guam,
Puerto Rico, Hawaii and the rest of the world, please email for the cost of shipping and handling before ordering.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES
"Sales are final" means that items cannot be exchanged nor returned. These sales are final:
- All sales outside the USA
- Sales of "On Sale" items
- Sales of items under the category 'BIKER ACCESSORIES" and "BIKE ACCESSORIES"
- Sales of items with item# starting with "3" are final. (Ex. 3010105, 3120201, 3040103, etc.), except in rare cases of manufacturer's defect
or wrong items delivered. Manufacturer's defects render the item unusable for its intended purpose.
EXCHANGE POLICIES
- Only apparel can be exchanged. We only accept size exchanges, NOT style exchanges. Size exchange is done only once. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. Exchanged item cannot be returned.
- Non-apparel items with manufacturer's defects or wrong items delivered can be exchanged. Manufacturer's defects are defects on the item which render the item unusable for its intended purpose.
RETURN POLICIES
- NO RA#, NO EXCHANGE. Please email for RA# and return instructions before shipping back. Do not just ship back, because it will be refused.
- Item must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Exchanged items cannot be returned.
- All shipping and handling are at buyer's expense.
- Shipping and handling expenses are not refundable.
- Refund will be cost of item less 25% for restocking and other costs.
- For buyer's protection, all items returned must have a tracking number or a delivery confirmation.
- Item must be returned in new salable condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Items returned must not be modified or used; they will not be accepted for refund.
- Payments are refunded in the same way they were sent - Paypal if Paypal, check if with check.
CAN'T I JUST RETURN IMMEDIATELY?
No, returning immediately without documentation makes the process more difficult for everyone. To ensure a quick return, please follow all these steps completely. We appreciate your cooperation.

HOW MUCH DISCOUNT CAN I GET ON ITEMS ON SALE?
- Unless otherwise announced, mailing list members get 5% discount / rebate
- Unless otherwise announced, previous customers get 5% discount / rebate
- Unless otherwise announced, previous customers who are mailing list members, get 10% discount / rebate
- Any of the above discounts cannot be used together with other store sales
HOW CAN I GET MY DISCOUNT?
- Email us before making a purchase, or immediately after making a purchase, and present either your member number, or your latest P.O.#, or both.
- Discounts / rebates will be received when the transaction is completed; that is, when orders have been received, and the buyer has sent a positive feedback to us, proving that he/she is satisfied.
- Discounts will always in the form of a rebate, meaning "a return of part of payment." It cannot be instantaneously deducted, because this website is not enabled to do that.
