RETURN / EXCHANGE
For the process to be quick and easy,
we need your full cooperation.

- if any of your answers is NO, sorry, the item cannot be returned.
- If your answer to the above is both YES, pack your item properly and carefully.
- Write a big note containing these information

- write address to return to, the address in Paypal payment

and enclose this note inside the box, where it can be easily seen.
- We will email you an RA#, please write it visibly on the top of the box, near the SHIP TO address.
- We have three warehouses, so we will provide you with the address where to return your item. Do not ship it to the address on
the box you received, unless we advised you to do so.
- For your own benefit and protection, please ship with a tracking number or delivery confirmation
- Email us as soon as item was shipped and furnish us the tracking number or delivery confirmation
- Wait for our email.
Returning and exchanging is a multi-step process. You are returning to big warehouses, the exchange or return transaction will involve several people,
not just one. We will highly appreciate your patience and cooperation.
If any step is unclear, please contact us immediately, before returning. Everything must be clear, to avoid delay. Do not just
return with no RA#, or your package will be refused.
